Had an amazing New Year's experience at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The cozy room provided free drinks and was located just a short walk to the train station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed the complimentary bottle of house wine and the stunning city views from the rooftop bar.

That the room was not properly cleaned, we noticed some stains on the bed sheets and pillows. We requested maid service, but the bins were changed only.

The free drinks and the location of the hotel made it convenient and cozy. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room had all of the basic amenities that were needed.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was less than desirable. the shower room was poorly cleaned and the drainage seemed to be clogged.
